VISIT
AND TASTING

Our visit starts where it all begins: the vineyards

Clos Rocher, the Arboretum, before discovery of our cellar including our presses, vats, disgorgement and labelling work stations… all the steps of the Champagne method will be revealed to you at each corresponding location. After travelling back in time in our museum, then walking through our cellars will come the much awaited tasting.

Available for you in our store, gift ideas amongst champagnes and regional delicacies.

Lunch
amidst the wineyards

Welcome to our Cadole (or winegrower’s lodge)

Traditionally human’s height, or thereabout, ours is more spacious, more convivial and can welcome upwards of 6 to 10 people.

A unique place for a gastronomic lunch accompanied by Champagne with great views of the surrounding vineyards.

Before or after lunch, at your convenience, we will visit the cellar. (1.5 hours).

NIGHT
HARVEST

During harvest time, you can arrive late afternoon at the estate. Effervescence rules as you visit the cellar and will attend the pressing of the grapes.
For the aperitif you will try 3 of our different blends and will have dinner with our winegrowers amidst the joy and the euphoria of the harvest!
At twilight you will be led to our Clos Rocher, a parcel planted with Pinot Noir.

There you will receive your pair of gloves, your harvest basket and canister.
Then it will be your turn to play! Be reassured, an experienced grape harvester will be with you all along…

Seminars and celebrations

For our grape harvesters, we have built a cafeteria with the tools of the vineyards.
Tables, barrels, sculpted doors in old wooden vats, vines painted along the walls…
Warm fireplace in cold weather, cocktails outside during warmer weather, a cozy atmosphere encouraging conviviality.

For your festive or professional events, this 120-person capacity room is available for your needs.
